As a Nurse Practitioner, I have specialized training in medical weight loss management as well as neurotoxin therapies and aesthetics. My goal is to help my clients look and feel their best. These injectable solutions are made with a neurotoxin known as botulinum toxin type A. This type of botulinum toxin works by blocking nerve activity in the muscles, causing muscles to relax, thereby smoothing wrinkles formed by frowning, squinting, and other facial expressions.
